Niklas Lindahl is a Swedish operating executive based in Milan. He runs Italian operations and cross-border mandates as interim CEO for private-equity funds, foreign owners and international scale-ups.
As Chief Marketing Officer of LeoVegas Group, he ran a EUR 120M+ annual marketing budget, delivered EUR 50M of incremental revenue in under 12 months, lifted EBITA by 18% and contributed to the EUR 607M acquisition of LeoVegas Group by MGM Resorts International.
As Managing Director Italy of an international group, he took revenue from EUR 3M to EUR 18M in one year by restructuring a 35-person team to 10 and rebuilding the commercial engine.
He founded Optimized Group, scaled it to EUR 1.5M of recurring revenue with five straight years of 100% YoY growth, and sold it for EUR 1.35M.
He has led a CEO turnaround for a US fund-backed company. He served in the Swedish Amphibious Corps. He operates in English, Italian and Swedish. He is based in Milan.
